Do NOT do business at Baskin Robbins Southaven MS, I ordered a cake through their Baskin Robbins online site, after paying for the cake I ordered, Baskin Robbins Southaven MS called and said it would be another $5.00 that I would have to pay when I picked up the cake, I ordered the cake with chocolate cake with icream, of course when I go to pick up it has icing on top of so I can't tell it is yellow cake and not chocolate cake. So I complain to Baskin Robbins Corporate, and get a polite "we don't care" that is a franchise Baskin Robbins store "leave us alone" So I call the Baskin Robbins Southaven MS store and talk and talk to a lady that says she is the owner, her answer "was that she doesn't make mistakes when she puts the cakes together, and she has customers call the 1-800-number for Baskin Robbins and tell them my complaint" So the Baskin Robbins corporate office says talk to the Baskin Robbins Southaven MS store and the store says talk to the Baskin Robbins corporate office. Baskin Robbins does not believe in any customer service
