Guys, I'm not one to do bad surveys and down people's businesses. However, I had to say something this time because I was very disappointed in the results of my hair. For one, I called to make an "appointment" the lady never even asked for my name or number. This was two days prior to me actually going to the shop. I get to the shop on Saturday morning (11/12/16) and (I have to give it to them) she started immediately on my hair. However, she was very inconsiderate about my comfortability while doing my hair. At one point I was almost leaning totally to the side my head inching towards my sides. When she finally finished "retwisting" my dreads and put me under the dryer and showed me the mirror, I immediately got pissed off. It literally looked the same exact way it did when I walked in. To be blunt, her work sucked and I was very displeased. She charged me $60 to sit in the chair with my neck cramping, twisting my hair too tight, and leaving me under the dryer too long. Yes, I paid her because I didn't want to act a fool in her place of business. But I will never return and will forever tell people not to go there. They are very rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. Please save your time, and most importantly your money!

Please dont waste your time and money

Best Braids should be called Worst Braids!! This place is very expensive ($200) and they use cheap hair (99 cents). The quality of their work is very poor! The ladies are very unprofessional. I got twist done there a few weeks ago and the twist were so tight that they cause blister and sores thur out my scalp. Also the twist began to come out after only five days. This place is a rip-off. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!

This lady is VERY unprofessional and horrible with appointments! Don't ever expect her to be on time no matter how far in advance you schedule the appointment or how far you drive to get your hair braided. I drive 2 hours after calling to schedule a 10am appointment on Monday (which I called to confirm on Thursday) and no one was at the shop when I got there. I called her and she seemed surprised that no one was there. 30 minutes later I called again because I was still sitting in my car waiting. She told me they were on the way and that it would be 3 people working on me so I could get home in time. That was a lie!! One person showed up about 30 mins after the 2nd call and an hour later one more person. That is the WORST service I have ever received and I will NEVER let them work on anybody I know ever again!!!

BAD BRAID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. QUALITY OF BRAIDS NOT COMPARED TO PRICE PAID. BRAIDS FALL OUT AFTER 4TH DAY. THEY ONLY GUARANTEE THREE DAYS!!!! SAVE FUNDS PLEASE!!!! PAY YOUR NEIGHBOR - BETTER QUALITY. BE WARNED.

This place is a joke. The two that braided my hair knew they wasn't braiding it right in the first place. This is not a good braid shop. They are rude and very unprofessional.
