This has got to be the worst eating establishment on the planet! I've never seen a more incompetent staff! Ever! The only word that I can find to describe it is rediculous!!! While I sat on their bench for 20 mins. waiting on my family dinner, (and that's not an exaggeration), I watched at least nine orders for dine-in processed. Every order came back! Every one! One lady had to come back to the counter 3 times. The staff, could barely grunt, let alone speak intelligible English. There was not one apology given for all of these mistakes. The customers didn't even get eye contact from the employee. Disgust was written on all of trhe customer's faces. Why do we have to put up with this attitude and bullsh**? We're paying for this food! It's not charity! When my food came out from the kitchen, there was fish hanging out of the side of the containers. They just slammed the lids down and threw them on the countertop. It was unbelievable I had to ask for napkins, forks, ketchup, vinegar and all of this was give to me with a big sigh as if they were going out of their way and doing me a favor! I use to love Captain D's but now I'm too scared to eat there because these people that don't give a sh*t are cooking food to be consummed!!! D's, you have become a disgrace to the restaurant industry!
