YOU have to give a start to place your comments........The most horrible experience EVER, the sales team will lie to get you to sign. You are not told of the long wait, and constantly told next week we will phone you. You have to make the calls. Your also told that GE will not bill you until you receive the goods, that their good about that. And your told you will not receive a bill from GE because its 12mth SAC. All a lie.

Terrible. If I could give no stars, i would.When purchasing almost EVERYTHING has to be ordered. Told would take 2-3 weeks. No phone call or anything about delay. Had to keep calling to see when items would come in. Pretty much was told they had no idea. I can order something and know exactly when it is to arrive. Why can't a FURNITURE STORE do that? Finally after a month I have to call to see that one item is in. Go to pick it up, and they have no record of my paying for it. Say i have a balance. Finally have to get my receipt to show. The other item, not a clue as to arrival. I have to keep calling. 6 weeks go by. no calls. I call. Item is in! go to pick up, told I have a balance again. Unbelievable! I will never ever go here again. It is the most unorganized and terrible customer service place i have EVER shopped. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
