Everyone is friendly and accommodating. My girl has anxiety issues and they always schedule her appointments early mornings so she can get home quicker. #Good Service

Both of my small dogs were groomed. One dog came home just fine and the other came home with Five cuts! One on the tip of her vulva and two around it, and two on her butt. My husband contacted the shop and they asked for pictures. I sent pictures of my dog and was left on read. No apology. No explanation. I even let them know that she had to go to the vet and was put on steroids and antibiotics. I am not pleased with the way they just ignored a problem they caused. I don’t care if you normally do a good job, when you screw up, own up to it!

My dogs are very well taken care of when their their nice facility the workers are gentle just great people I will keep using them won't be going back to pet co that's for sure

They are the best the groomers are very good with the animals and are very careing to them. I think that you should give them a try I will use them from now on. And my dog looks forward to going to the groomer

They are so nice and easy to deal with. I take all of my dogs there and I have five of them and they always look beautiful and smell wonderful for days afterward Love the groomers. So friendly and the shop is always very clean

They groomed our pet, when we picked up said they nickedhis ear...well we wre pretty angry, but nothing u can do at that point, 3 weks later healed but there I a little notch in his ear where it was cut.......wil never go back again.......never, would not recommend to anyone now,....
