The woman at the cash register was the coldest, rudest individual I have ever had to deal with in a business. I asked a question about the teacher discount card and she was dismissive and insulting. I quietly asked to speak to the manager because I wasn't sure if what she said was true because she was stone faced towards me even as I walked up. The manager came up. She was less rude and cold than the cashier but not by much. I left and went to Hancocks. They were very busy but polite, speaking as I came through the door. Joann's was empty save for 3 other customers.

No insult, but I see why everyone was in Hancock's even though Joann's had the better sale. I was likely of a few who are the last to actually get a clue and stop going.

I will never go in that store again.

First off the manager was rude. I took back a roatary wheel that was not cutting my fabric. I told the woman it was not cutting she told the clerk not to give me a refund that it worked, ok what part of it was not cutting did she not understand. I will never go in that place again. I will keep going to walmart they are cheaper than jo-ann fabric and crafts and they carry the same thing at walmart.

This is due to poor scheduling on the part of the children's summer programs. I signed my daughter up for a cake decorating class in July. In June, they called and needed one more for a class the next night. I told her that's why we needed July, we were busy. In July, they cancelled due to not enough ppl, but said they'd have it in Aug. And last night, my daughter made her cake, we've bought all the materials needed, were ready, and at 10 this morning, they called and cancelled YET again! Due to a mistake by the chef?..At what point do you put a price tag on integrity? Scheduling? Disappointing a child? This is by and far the worst customer service we've ever seen for a business, when you've prepaid something, bought the materials there, and then had your child disappointed again by another cancelled class. They need to coordinate better, their classes!
