I don't understand why they make You fill out the same paper work every single time You go in. Every Dr. I've ever been to has only done this "if your condition has changed" I also have a very hard time getting call backs when I need them concerning medication, or even test results with Dr. Jacobs. I really like him, but am beginning to think He and His Assistant(s) can't handle the work load.

Dr. Sonone

My mentally handicapped daughter is 35 years old. She had strokes during the difficult birth process. A few months ago other doctors thought she was having the strokes now. He realized the strokes were from before and she was having seizures now. After MANY others doctors over many years Dr. Sonone saw her once and new immediately. He was also respectful to her as a person.
