I have used PC doctor twice now and I am happy both times. I use an older desktop that that my dad left me and I am just not wanting to get rid of it. PC Doctor has helped to continue to update and improve performance. They even fixed things that will help it work for years. Thanks PC Doctor.

Did what they promised. Great service and the rest of the team is definitely accommodating to my needs and their level of concern is amazing.

Doc fixes my problems most all the time on the first try. But sometimes it takes 2-3 visits to get my PC fixed. But you DO get it fixed. I know I cannot do it. They are friendly and affordable. I will continue using them. Would recommend them to anyone.

Good fast service (one week) total days price is fair, PC Doctor is really a breeze for people with pc problem, would surely renew my pro care subscription and recommend this service to anyone who puts much amount of care for their values investment.

Everything was great. they said the computer would be ready on Wednesday and it was. Great customer service. kind of pricey but you get what you pay for i would give it a 5 star!!!

I've been a customer of PC Doctor since 2010, when my old computer burned out. After purchasing a new desktop and laptop I added PC Doctor's Pro Care to all my devices. I've been renewing my subscription every year since then. I've recommended them to my friends, family, and business associates. They are professional and efficient, and take time out to explain things thoroughly. If I call they always have someone knowledgeable there to assist me. PC Doctor is an excellent business, and I love their Pro Care Subscription. Wish there were more PC Doctor businesses located throughout the US!
