BAD POINTS



# 1 Roach Infested indoors and outdoors! They try but, fail to keep it under control.

# 2 Excessive Water damages most often

# 3 Woodwork and cabinets are badly rotted due to repeated flooding

# 4 Old water pipes break often

# 5 Poor Maintenance; they cause damages when repairing things and refusal to cleanup after themselves.

# 6 Sewer backups often; making the place stink.

# 7 Always loud music in car radios and other apartments from people gathering up in large groups on the grounds.

# 8 Vehicles are damaged by unsupervised children and teenagers.daily

# 9 Overnight parking from other cities preventing the residents from having a place to park.



GOOD POINTS



1. Friendly Management. Also respectful

2. Same day Maintenance, friendly workers but poor work skills.

3. Clean cut yards and garbage pickup a few times a week.

4. Considerate of the stray and wild animals on the grounds.

5. Written notices when they need to inspect your apartment or other entry.
