was sold a dryer heating element part in an opened box. When I tried to return it I was told it had been installed (I had not installed the issue was with a bad wire terminal) so I am out the $60. on a part that someone else must have returned.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! I bought a used washer from them for $199.00. Just over 60 days later it broke and cost $188.80 to fix (by their repairman). When I called to get some resolution, they took the $70.00 service call off but would do no more. They are running a racket, barely refurbishing washers they get for free and then making a mint from fixing them. These people are horrible!

I would not recommend this bussiness. I told them that my washing machine was two years old, while looking at the receipt, and was belt driven, the clerk told me this was not possible as all newer machines are shaft driven....strike 1. They then charged me more than the GE tech was going to to fix my washer after assuring me that they would call me before any repairs where made to let me know the amount I would be charged....strike 2. The final infraction was when I was going to load the machine into the truck myself to inssure that no damage was done to my truck the guy that was going to load it got "mouthy" with me with my stepson in the truck.
