I do not recommend making any purchases at this store.

I purchased 2 "stamped" bracelets on August 20, 2010. One was a gift the other was for myself. I wore the bracelet 2 times and both times it broke. The first time I tried to fix it and the 2nd is when I took it back. The person I bought the gift for wore her bracelet one time and it broke. We took them back on August 23. After several phone calls not only from me but also the person that I purchased the gift for we got zero response until I called and threatened to file a complaint with the better business bureau. I could not get a manager to call me back nor could I get an answer when I would receive my replacement bracelet. It is 9/14/10 and they just called today to let me know the replacement was ready. They had my money the entire time however almost one month later I am just getting the merchandise I paid for. This store does not stand behind their customers and they are very quick to pass the buck to the vendor they allowed to bring merchandise into their store. It was Ultimate Gifts responsibility to make this right and the manager's responsibility to follow up the phone calls and messages left for her. I will NOT ever purchase another thing from them.
