I called this office and asked for the consultation fee and if the dentist worked with payment arrangements. I was told my consultation was free of charge & yes they offered affordable payment plans (down payment & monthly drafts). I made the appointment but to my dismay the dentist was curt & very snobbish when I told him what HIS receptionist said about the cost. He laughed in my face and said what did I think as he had his staff to pay not handle charity cases. I was so embarrassed and angry. On top of that since he would not be doing any work he charged me $75 for the "free consultation". The office manager knew what I had been told by the secretary & how rude the doctor was so she changed the cost to $50. That was very kind but I had not budgeted for any amount as I never would have made an appointment but was told I did not have to pay. Dr. Kuhn may be expensive but he is honest, fair and he is not stuck in himself .
