Great Trial Attorney

Mr. Costanza won my DWI! I could not be more pleased with his services. I hope to never need him again, but if I do I certainly will.

Go elsewhere

Richard Costanza will not fight for you. You're better off representing yourself that hiring him. I'd suggest looking elsewhere. After forking over $750 and him telling me that he could easily drop my conviction from a level 4 DUI to a level 5. He did absolutely nothing. The saddest thing is that I calculated it all myself and, if I only knew, I would've represented myself, saved $750 and gotten the same judgement. The office staff, his wife especially, is rude every time they answer the phone. Do yourself a favor and FIND ANOTHER LAWYER!
