Came here for an IT certification exam through Pearson Vue and was messed over by their lack of preparation and knowledge. The lady at the front desk wasted the first 10 minutes of my time with her unimportant personal call. Then she finally started up her own PC to check for my appointment. Took another 10 minutes to get through that process before we finally made our way over to the testing room, which looked like a storage closet and had no surveillance; not to mention that I had to remind them that I'm not supposed to have my personal items with me during the exam. Neither of the TWO extremely old PCs were started yet, so I waited for those to boot up only to find out that neither PC could actually run the Pearson Vue application successfully. I waited around for another 30 minutes while the lady called Pearson Vue support to no avail. I left intending to reschedule immediately, but Pearson does not allow for exam rescheduling for 3 to 5 business days after an "incident" like this. I won't be around a testing center all of next week, so I'll have to wait two weeks before I can potentially take the exam again. Do yourself a favor and use any other testing center for cert exams.

Great school and great people. My sister Monica came here and she was very impressed. Though her English was not that good, she got through it with the extra help and tutoring that the staff gave her, often on their own time. I just want to say "thank you" from the bottom of my heart for taking care of my little sister. She is working now and loves her field.

I would just like to thank you for the opportunities you opened up for me with you CNA class. Your training was great, and the instructors were outstanding. They did a fantastic job. I would also like for you to tell the two RN’s who performed the state board testing on August 29 how great they were. They made performing the skills a little less stressful with their positive attitude and calming reassurance. Again thanks for such a great program and for the friendly atmosphere. It was a great experience, and I will refer others to your program as I get the opportunity.
