My car was running hot called art moran service dept. they said
probably because the weather was hot and air conditioner over
worked...after getting to dealership they tell me its a recall on
my water pump 2012 buick verano. (Never received letter)
After keeping my car for 2 and half days my car runs hot
the next day. Told they forgot to bleed the lines....
My car has been sounding like a squeal is in the engine, was
told by a mechanic friend that when you change a waterpump
you change the serptine belt also. Now my engine light is coming
on...

I recently went to get and oil change and a tire looked at. When I left the dealership my wheel was a bit loud, shaky. I dismissed it but it got louder and louder after getting on the freeway. I went back to the dealership. They FORGOT to tighten 3 of my 5 lugs. You've got to be kidding me. They offered me 2 free oil changes and a detail. ����

I was over my lease mileage and still had 9 months left on my lease. At 25 cents a mile, it cost me $14 just to drive to and from work everyday. Art Moran got me out of my lease and into an amazing Sierra truck.

I took my car in for repairs on 11/15 and I didn't get my car back for over 90 days. To make matters worse when my vehicle was returned to me it said service my parking assistance! I called and asked to speak with the service manager and still have not received I return call. I would not recommend this dealership if it was the last dealership on earth!!!

Service department is clean, friendly and professional, with nice waiting area including drinks and snacks, or free shuttle service if you're in for a long wait and need to leave. Reggie always takes excellent care of me, and they check everything, you will leave knowing your vehicle is in top shape and operating at its best!

The body shop is Great ! but the service dept.has work to do I have never had a car in service for 16 days on the first trip and was not satisfied I brought it back it has been in for 6 days so far I'll give them 0 the service manager is a busy man that's why you can never see him!

I'm not used to getting hung up on but wow! Got transferred to the manager-CLUNK. Can we give a 0 star or is 1 the lowest?
