1 star because the car & the price were okay, but the customer service was EXTREMELY HORRIBLE. There was only 1 person in front of me when we arrived to drop the car off, but there was only 1 agent, and we werent even acknowledged for over 15 minutes. After finally receiving the agents full attention, I was told that even though I was only a half hour over the time limit, that Id be charged another full day, because of that half hour. I was told I was going to pay anyway, in an extremely rude and unprofessional way. I let the agent know I was not happy and wanted to speak to "his" manager. He stated that he was the manager and I was refused any further information on other managers.

I had to find Corporate's number myself. Corporate was just as rude & argumentative. 40 minutes later, I was basically hung up on, by Corporate, and told to "just pay". I went back inside and paid the fee, but was very angry with the way I was treated.

Not only would I NEVER recommend this place, I will make it a point to NEVER use Avis or Budget rental services EVER AGAIN.
