Provided by YPmobileI received my braces a year ago and I signed up for the monthly pay.Initially, I became a patron of Eagan orthodontics because of a referral of a client of mines. So I went for my first exam and was happy with the friendlyness from the staff. After 6months I hit a financial bind so I fell off on my payments 2 months I will admit I didn't answer some of the harassing calls from there finance dept, but my intentions were good so, make along story short I tried to pay my balance that I owed from my monthly payments because that was all I could afford at the time and they wouldn't even work with me. Now granted I was in the wrong but I was amazed taken that this suppose to be a Christian based Buisness, and after all I just missed 2 pmts. I just felt that they were being petty not accepting the payment because they wanted the late fee as well. However I know I signed the contract but things happen to good people all the time don't turn down Thousands of dollars for a couple late payments just food for thought. Furthermore, I agree with the other comments also the waiting time is a little unprofessional at times
Other than that I ended up going elsewhere smh.

Provided by YP.comI wish I could recommend this practice; I really do. The staff has always been exceptionally nice and accommodating, and I've never experienced any problems with my braces other than the occasional poking wire (which they usually fix within thirty minutes at the most). However, appointment times leave much to be desired. On average, I am waiting in the lobby + in a dental chair for over an hour before a technician even bothers to greet me and take a look at my mouth. One time last year I waited in the office for almost TWO HOURS before Dr. Eagan appeared to do five minutes worth of work.
As a paying customer, I find it deplorable that they have me or anyone else waiting that long. I understand that Dr. Eagan has to look at every patient before wires can be adjusted by a technician, but if he can t do that in a timely manner, he needs to stop scheduling so many patients for a single time slot. Every time I end up waiting like this, someone always smiles at me and says, We re sorry for the wait, thank you for being patient. The staff is so freaking friendly that I feel like horrible for getting angry sometimes, but my point is the same - an apology works the first couple times, but if it becomes a habit, then your apology is worthless. Stop giving me empty apologies and fix the problem. If I wasn t already locked in at this place (I already paid in full and am halfway through my treatment), I d definitely consider going to someone else who values my time more.
Another small FYI: gospel music is played at high volumes at this place 24/7. This isn t necessarily a complaint - I suppose part of the reason everyone is so nice is because it s such a spiritual environment - but for the love of God, at least turn the volume down. I m already irritated because I m sitting here too long; I don t need to be going deaf too.
