their hong kong steak is second to none, as is their fried chinese shrimp. but the owners have very snotty attitudes. i worked, a short time, as a waitress to get tip money, which was outstanding, and to save to open our own import business. the restaurant was in the same mall. when we tried to pay our bill their one night, she took care of everybody else and made me wait. when i complained, the owner asked me,"arent you a waitress? this was after i quit the waitress job and opened my spice import business. chinese are really into judging people by their backgrounds. we don't do that in this country. the waitress job was a means to and end. not what i would be stuck doing all my life, with my 189 university credits. we went their often, but this was the last time.
