After reading the reviews on here, we were nervous to schedule our young daughter's surgery. We decided to proceed, and truly had a wonderful surgery experience (as wonderful as surgery can be). All of the staff, nurses and doctors were amazing with our 5 year old and worked hard to keep her happy. We were clearly notified in advance around their billing procedures. We did leave shortly after she woke up from anesthesia, but it was best for her to get home and recover in her own bed. 5 hours post surgery, she told us she really liked that place and could she go back to visit... Our jaws dropped. Clearly they are doing something right!

This place is not geared to provide quailty patient care--it is an assembly line that requires pay up front service. I suggest you cancel your appointment and schedule your procedure at an actual hospital!!

Whatch out for this place. They are a billing nightmare. If you dont have a headache going in to this place the will give you one. Even to the point of collection agencies on known coverages...hope to see them exposed on the 6 o'clock news

I had brought my son in for surgery, which is stressful already and then they tell me I have to pay the whole bill up front, before they even do anything. I was completely caught off gaurd. I have insurance and I am use to the bill being sent to them first. I was forced to pay or reschedule. If it was a procedure for me, I would have walked out, but to put my son through another day of prep and fear, I had to pay. I feel cheated. When I asked for a receipt, I was told that they would have to do the surgery and then bill it, before they can give me the full receipt.
