There was a girl named Kai that worked here verything started out great then one day I told her I might not be able to make it bc I would be late and couldn’t afford a late fee so she charged me the service for the appointment plus the late fee which was $25. When I came there and she rudely rushed me away barely acknowledging me bc she had another client and couldn’t do my vajacial or my wax like I was scheduled for I said nothing so what I should have got my brows done free for that since u like trying to steal from peole i was not a no call no show I was communicating with her and she still did this. What a shame yall techs need to stop I do understand the late fee or even a fee for not coming but changing the amount of the full service that’s ridiculous
