i had a sales rep come to my door & kept demanding to come into my house to use my phone after he said "that the company gives them 2 phones to use but he said he wasnt allowed to use them" so he kept trying to come in to use my phone and when i told him no then he said that i wasnt gonna get the discount. i called and complained to them & they said there was nothing they could do.

Rude, bullying, refused to leave my doorstep, used intimidation tactics to try and get me to sign up with them. Complaints have been filed.

We all know that a job is hard to come by. So, when I saw a customer service rep position on Craig's list, I called the number. It was just energy. I had a few questions and one of them was about pay. Is it commission based? A base pay plus commission? I could barely ask my questions because the person who answered the phone wouldn't let me speak. Then he hung up on me because I asked about the pay. I think that is beyond rude and I wouldn't advise anyone to work with them.

Job seekers - BEWARE! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I was called by "Kimberly" who was impressed with my resume for an interview with Just Energy. I get there and some rude receptionist jams some papers into my hands and sends me to a room filled with people of all sorts. And, it was quite obvious they were all desperate for work. Some man came to the front in a cheap suit that looked as if he slept in it and began this spiel as if he is selling door to door vacuum cleaners! I interrupted him and said I think we'd all like to know what exactly is going on. He refused to answer and began his BS memorized show. I got up and told him he should be ashamed to scam people hurting in this economy and to waste our time and gas which is nearly $4 a gallon again. I walked out. Beware and do not be fooled. These people are pure evil to cause harm to the unemployed. Evil....
