Provided by YP.comI was called in for an interview with this company (At the Parkwood Manor location), and I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional-ism from both the staff in the office of that location as well as the staff in the corporate office. My interview was scheduled for a Monday morning and upon my arrival (20 minutes early), I found the office doors locked. After trying to reach the office multiple times (because staff was there, but would not unlock the door), I called the district manager (Ebony Summers) with whom I was suppose to interview with (again, multiple times), and I am STILL waiting for a return phone call almost three days later. After leaving the waste of time interview, I came home and called corporate to voice my concerns over how unprofessional the staff at this location had been, and still have yet to hear back from them either. This company should be ASHAMED to have such people working for them when they claim in the "core values" of the company that they always put residents and guests first and do the right thing even when no one is looking. In my opinion, anyone who rents from (or works for) this company is just asking for trouble in trying to get problems solved.

Provided by YPmobileLockwood Management took over the senior complex I live in. Since then the office is only open on the first of the month. DTE can't access the rm to read meters so they must estimate bills. Thus every 3 or 4 months folks on SSI get big bills because DTE under estimated. This results in hardships for the residents. Ms. Muller, the district manager refuses to return calls, nor is there company email or any other way to contact the company to voice concerns. Lockwood has no basic respect for the folks they are SUPPOSED to care about.

Provided by YP.comThis is a very bad company. They took over Maplewood apartments from Wingate. Since that time the maintenance for the complex has completely gone down. You can't call them to fix anything. You will need to contact them three to four before they finally answer you. All regular maintenance we use to have doesn't happen no more. We use to have the A/C unit filter change twice a year. they don't do it. Former mangements use to clean the hallways carpet on relgular basis. They don't do it. If you dear to call them to clean it, they just ignore you. Last winter, the whole complex was just full of snow; they don't clear it, while they always clear the parking lot by their office. Poor tenants have to be calling tow trucks to get their cars out of parking lots. This is a company that will never reply your communication with them. If you call their office, the answering service will always pick it up and no matter how many times you leave messages no one will return your calls. Any renters looking for apartment should stay away from any buildings managed by this company; if you don't want frustration for yourself. Very very bad management company.
