Great course and staff. I thought the course was entertaining and they had the best price. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to drive in traffic to get to the class and found out later I could have done it online or as a home study. But, I would recommend them to everyone!

The Michigan Institute of Real Estate is awesome. I took their 40 hour prelicensing course and passed my test the first time. They do a really good job at preparing you and giving you exactly what you need to know to do well. thanks!

I took a real estate class with namir george at the school. He is an absolutely amazing teacher. He makes learning fun and the secretaries at the office are extremely helpful with you wants and needs. After taking the class i passed the test on the first try! its easy, its affordable and its fun! I took a real estate class with another institute and i felt scammed. I didn't pass the test, and they charge you for all of your material which turns out to be DOUBLE than what you would pay at Michigan Insitute of Real Estate. I would recommend taking any of their courses.

I took a real estate course with these guys in May and passed my state exam on the first try!! The instructor made learning the material easy and fun. My wife will be taking their appraisal courses soon and am confident she'll gain the knowledge she needs. I will recommend this school to anyone who is looking to get into the real estate field.
