Very bad experience. Good tailoring only. Don't try ordering anything especially boots or shoes. Once he get that money, they care less if your boots fit or not there is no customer service to make sure you're satisfied. He want to sell everything but is only good at one thing. Take months for your shoes to arrive.I warn you beware of Papillion's. Very poor salesman he probably under pays them because you can tell they are not qualified. But the store is mostly empty you'll see customers and finding out how they operate. Warning warning warning!!!! They seem strip for Cash! Make sure you are satisfied before you give them all of yours. Because once they get your money any problems they try to blame the customer. I seriously wish I didn't have to make this very issue but it's true.
