Provided by YP.comThis was the worst experience,I've had in a restaurant to date. Came with a large party. The place was empty, yet we had 12 people crammed into a table for 8. We asked for the larger table next to us and were told no. It was empty the entire time we were there.
I ordered a draft beer and an appetizer. My party was served their entrees, but I never got my appetizer or beer. At one point, the manager came over, with a margarita someone had been waiting for but no draft beer or appetizer. I left after an hour of waiting and receiving nothing. Never be back Overall rating 0 stars.

Provided by YP.comworst friday"s ever. this place really need an undercover boss or something. i don't want to even give it a one. they never have enough help, and food be cold by the time you get it. just terrible and i hope whoever owns this really need to look t it's reviews.

Provided by YPmobileMy husband and I Couldn't get seated, the wasn't even a hostess - after half an hour someone said do you want to sit at that table? Another 15 mins went by after we were seated but no one came to the table. It was like we were invisible. Lots of waitstaff wandering around do Nothing, not taking orders, not serving or clearing - just shuffling around (I kid you not). Finally one shuffled over and said they would be back after they cashed out another table. Not friendly, not apologetic. He disappeared and ten more minutes went by. Finally, we left. What a waste of an hour. To say this place is poorly managed is an understatement.

Provided by YPmobileWe went in on a sunday afternoon with two groups of 2 in front of our party of 8 and were told it was a 25 minute wait. Half and i literally mean half of the restaurant was empty. When we had asked the host why theit was a wait we were told they were short staffed and on shift change. Then 3 aervers plus the host all gathered to discuss im assuming where to seat everyone. By this more people have entered. We once again ask why we can't be seated and were told once again they were on shift change. I have never been to an establishment where customers can't be seated due to shift change. We saw a couple walk out and then so did we. 10 Customers left due to this. 10! So thank you for sending us to Applebee's! Never will i go back to tgif
