Recently took my laptop and phone to a "Computer Shop" to get fixed! They said my phone could not be fixed and I was better off buying a computer from them for the price it would cost to repair my computer!! I decided to take it to USG and the next morning they had fixed my computer for a quarter of the price and even my phone that COULD NOT be fixed was back up and running! Saved me tons of $$..! I don't have to drive around to find a place to fix my different electronics anymore cause they can do it all and they back there work up 100%.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I dropped my Iphone 4S outside my office on the pavement. The screen was completely shattered. Thought I was going to be stuck having to purchase a new phone as mine was nearly destroyed. I called here in a hope they could maybe do something with it. Not only did they repair it for me, it was done the same day! Couldn't believe it. The staff was extremely courteous as well. Highly recommend.

This place is outstanding, I took my computer there with several nagging issues. They took it in and called me the next day saying it was ready. Had one glitch when I got home, ,took it back and within 5 minutes that was fixed as well with, of course, no additional charge. I am taking my wife's computer in tomorrow to get that working like it was new.

These guys are the best, i had to rebuild my old toshiba laptop that had all sorts of issues on it, they were able to replace everything that was an issue in under a day and cost me nearly 1/3 of what the guys at best buy down the street quoted me on. the free diagnostics are the best ($79 at Best Buy, B***S***)

Mike helped me with repairing my Mac Book Pro. I called many computer places before and after I called them. They were the only place that genuinely seemed to want my business as they were friendly, knowledgeable, & had great prices! They charged me by the job and not the time it took, which in my computer's case was a long time. They even went above and beyond and gave me more than I paid or asked for in regards to "Supercharging" my Mac and a few other cool things. It deserves a mention that I also went back a couple of times for questions about my repaired Mac and they came through every time. Especially after your Apple Care pack has expired, These Guys are the place to go to upgrade, repair, or supe up your Mac! There is no one in the area who has yet beat their prices, service, friendliness, or turn around time. I do not ever leave positive feedback for a company unless they have truly earned it in my Eyes..... Universal has earned my Respect. Excellent Job Universal! Thank you Mike! God Bless
