This was my first time getting a sew-in. I got my hair done about 3 weeks ago and by the second week the tracks were starting to get loose. When I was in the chair a lady came back to get her money.WORST WEAVE SHOP especially for my first experience. I will never go back.

This is by far the worst weave shop that I have ever been to. The stylist are rude and ignorant acting and they take forever!! The manager is very unprofessional and I have vowed to never give them business again in life. I would not recommend them to a dog. Very unsatisfied!! :-(

I will never step foot in that place again. I called in at about 11:20 to see what their wait time was for a sew-in and the receptionist said about 45 minutes so I went on and showed up to find out that there were at least 8 people ahead of me and a good 4 in the back waiting to be finished. I ended up waiting until 2:00 before I decided to leave. & as I was walking out I heard the receptionist tell someone over the phone that it was a 30 minute wait......... never again

The first time I went to TWS in southfield was possibly two years ago...I vowed to never go back based on that experience. Yet, here I am two years later giving them another chance.



It's 2:30pm on a Saturday. I already know its going to be a lonnng wait, however I come prepared to wait.

So I get there, walk in and is greeted by a stylist (whom I remembered from my last visit). She was very nice and approachable. She spoke, said good afternoon and pretty much welcomed me into their shop.

I get to the counter and no one is there. Well let me rephrase; no one was paying attention to me. I waited possible 3 minutes (staring around the room waiting to be noticed). Finally after two phone calls the young lady with blue hair answered while I'm standing there, passes me a paper and tell me to sign in. No hello, no welcome, nothing. "Here we go again", i said to myself!



After I sign in, I left the paper on the counter and sat down. No further interaction occured...that is until I stormed out an hour later.



After about 40 mins another customer walks in. She is seated within 10 minutes. I confront the blue haired phone girl and ask how much longer would I have to wait. She responds, what's your name? I respond, Jasmine. She clearly sees I was on the list and further asked If I filled out another form with the clipboard. I said "No, you didnt give me another form. You didn't even speak to me. I waited a full hour and no one spoke three words to me. This you young lady (pointed to the recently seated client) just walks in and is seated. You've made eye contact with me several times yet didnt consider asking me anything." So another Stylist comes up and says I could be seated right now. I was further infurated! I just wasted an hour out of my day (life) when I could have immediately been seated...goodbye!



Will never go back to Southfield Weave Shop again!!!

Southfield, MI- THEY BUTCHERED MY F*****G HAIR! ONLY ABOUT 2 OF THE 12 STYLISTS WORKING THERE CAN REALLY DO HAIR- THE REST ARE IN NEED OF MORE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE. BOUGHT 32 INCHES OF VIRGIN, BRAZILIAN, HIGH QUALITY HAIR, WENT IN FOR A TRIM OF 4 INCHES, CAME OUT WITH 18 INCHES OF HAIR- AND THE CUT WAS TERRIBLE! I COULD'VE DONE IT MYSELF IN MY BATHROOM MIRROR WAY BETTER THAN THAT! I'M DONE. ON TO A REAL, PROFESSIONAL SALON. WHY SPEND MONEY ON HIGH QUALITY HAIR TO GO TO A LOW BUDGET STYLIST!

I WILL NEVER BRING MY CHILD BACK 2 THE WEAVE SHOP. SHE GOT A SEW IN WITH CORNROW ABOUT 2WKS. AGO AND IT LOOK LIKE CRAP NOW. SHE DO TIGHT HER HEAD UP AT NIGHT. DON'T KNOW WERE YOU ARE GETTING THESE IN EXPERIENCE PEOPLE FROM. I RATHER GO 2 THE AFRICAN AND PAY A LITTLE BIT MORE 2 HAVE IT DONE RIGHT. THIS IS THE SECOND HER HAIR WAS MESSED UP BY 2 DIFFERENT STYLIST NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STEP PHONE IN YOUR DOOR. GET WHAT U PAY FOR WHICH IS MESS.
