Bullcrap! The people giving good reviews are something other than a customer. I believe the rep was rude, and I believe the office backed them up. I was treated the exact same way. They're deceptive too. Will lie about cotracts. Tell you there isn't one, but the next thing you know you ARE in a contract. You'll have to contact the owner. Otherwise you will get nothing but the run around.

ALAN representing Watch Dog Security called my home asking to speak to the home owner. When I asked who was calling, he said "That doesn't matter. Are they at home or not?" Really? I told him he was rude and place my number on his Do not Call List (Even though my number is acitvely on the National Registry. He called back 2 more time in a matter of 2 hours. Finally, in order to get his information I feigned interest. His name is "Alan". His number is 248-882-8210 with Watch Dog Security out of Southfield. I asked to be put on their Do not Call list and he began yelling! I hung up and called the office. HOLLY the Office manager at Watch Dog Security in Southfield 248-200-3730 defended him saying he was being polite. How can she say that when she wasn't on all 3 phone calls? She just defended his rudeness and yelling with a deaf ear and just kept trying to hang up. Inconsiderate and could not care less. That's a poor way to handle the public and a possible customer. If that's the way they handle business, I wouldn't want any part of them. Learn for yourself or heed others' advice. It's up to you.
