What impressed me the most was how easy it was to talk with my CPA. Ben was not only knowledgeable and professional, but warm and personable too - Not dry and condescending as some CPA's I've met can be. Other positive things I noticed were their flat rate billing policy so that I can call them up anytime without fearing a fee, length and type of experience, and all the little extras that they throw in to ease my burden. Very service oriented. They did my taxes last tax season and this year they have taken over my payroll, bookkeeping and accounting...saving me money every month. The only drawback was changing over from my old payroll service to theirs forced me to make some changes, but that only lasted for a couple of months while we got into a groove working together. Now, it's seamless and simple.
