This was my firat time going to your store and my experience was terrible.. So terrible I will not be back and will also tell people to not visit this establishment. When I first entered the store it was a line so it was about 3 or 4 workers behind the counter so as the line gets smaller the employees starts to disappear one young man he went to the back and never came back out another young lady started cleaning up another young lady was just standing at the cash register and the new employee (I asked was he knew) was helping another customer so know I have been standing at the counter waiting on someome to help me so after 3 or 4 mintutes the young lady that was standing at the register finally decided to help me. It was another young lady standing behind me and I had received my ice cream and the young lady behind me still had not been helped yet.. While the lady that was helping me is done and the new guy is helping another cutomer no one help the young lady behind me. So while the other employee is cleaning up she asks the young lady have she been helped she said no so she helped her well when the new guy got done with the customerthe young lady had another ice cream she wanted well both of her ice creams are fixed when it was time to hand the ice cream to the customer because she was going to eat it right then the new employee drops her ice cream.. WoW then I left my ice cream in the resturant so that was $7 for some ice cream that i was given bad service to plus other cutomers plus I left my ice cream just to Never return back to your Cold Stone witch probably the management doesn't care if I return or not.. And I still don't know what Cold Stone tastes like....
