I placed an order online. Easy to do. Mind you this store is 33mins from my home. Other locations near me were out of stock on item. Got the email order was ready for pick up. Was not able to pick up items for another day or so.
Received an email and a call to remind me my order is ready and I have 7 days before they cancel order. Drove out same day of call went to customer service where Jennifer was servicing me. After 20 minutes of her pacing back and forth with another associate she told me they were trying to locate my order. She ask me to step aside while they look and she can help another quest while waiting. No problem! However, I ask if I can be rung up for two small plants I had before moving this way I would be done when they come back with my order. She explained she could not but I could take items to front registers and by the time I return hopefully they had my order. I said that’s ok I will wait. I didn’t want to stand in another line for two items. So she preceded to help next customer then a problem occurred there and sent him over to the associate at the end. She wasn’t helping anyone....many people in line and at this point it had been another 25minutes gone by and she called for an MOD(whatever that stands for) Jennifer calls me over to tell me there is an order pulled but not what I ordered color wise and she would have to cancel my order. So be it! I would like receipt showing my card was credited back. She acted if I was inconvenience her. She did ask if I wanted the two items rung up now that I had ...I declined nicely and ask for a manager name which she gave me. She said she would call one if I wanted. I said no thank you !!! Didn’t want to waste anymore of my valuable time there in that store. 2hours between drive time and waiting on an item they could not find.
I work in customer service and I am so disappointed how all this was handled.
Very poor customer!
It is true about first impressions.....
I will never step foot in that store again
