First of all every one of those posts werewritten by one man a very mentally ill man all these claims of fraud and thieving you think i would be in jail lol!! But BUT not one customer ever mafe a claim on me check the courts i have never been charged or even questioned. This man ordered very custom product then try cancelling because he thought it took to long... Sad thing is he was event. Satisfied but never wrote a retraction apology nothing... Its sad he had to end up sick like that and right after his son passed... All of these comments are false.. As you can imagine he drove me to cuss a few times. Not sorry he treated me bad he folloeed me home and sabatoged my truck.. I cant prove it but 99.9% of my customers loved me!! You dont stay open for 18 yrs if they didnt.. Or anything like this happened...

Roped in with good price, but as soon as the papers were signed I was just an annoyance to them. Had issues with product defect immediately after installation and have had a terrible time with resolution. They have made several appointments for service and stood me up, no call-no show. All I've gotten from them is a lot of attitude, a little placation, and no action whatsoever. I don't think they will be around much longer with this caliber of service.

The young guys running this company are extremely crooked and untrustworthy. They have lied and stolen money from us, and did not even do any work! I have now learned of a couple other people that also regret using this company due to their terribly sloppy job and poor service. Once they get your money, they do not care one bit about you, nor their sloppy work. Save yourself a lot of trouble by calling one of the many other door companies in the area!
