Provided by YP.comOK, firstly, the best part of the dinner was the French bread and dipping oil. That is never a good sign. When we arrived, there was one table with patrons. Another bad sign. After having dinner here, it is understandable why the place was empty. To start, the French onion soup was atrocious....it had a chicken-broth/olive oil base...really. Rather than a lovely beef broth base, it was an oily, strange taste. Plus the onions were sparse and the cheese was an afterthought. On to the salad....uninspiring. Some blah lettuce, couple of tomato and cucumber slices, a little red onion, all topped by bottled salad dressing. Entrees: wow. This is where the the lack of talent in the kitchen really shone through. Oily veal milanese over under-seasoned pasta. And the $21.99 Delmonico steak should have landed the chef in jail....a third of the steak was fat, and although it was ordered medium rare it was well-done in the middle and rare on the periphery. It also had an unpleasant brown sauce that wasn't mentioned on the menu. The red-potato mashed potatoes were OK, and the vegetables were mushy and much too over-seasoned with oregano. Altogether: Stink, stank, stunk---in any tense, just stay away.

Provided by YP.comHi, there. Let me start by saying that my hubby and I do not enjoy many dinners out alone, as we have three lovely little ones. But, we hired a babysitter for the night, in efforts to enjoy some alone time. We decided to try to have a nice dinner at Aziago's Restaurant, having never been there before. Well, if I could have rated this place less than one star, I would have. Now, we are not picky people, pasta is pasta, right?
Well, we quickly learned, not really. We waited forever for service, our water glasses went unfilled, until we jutted them out to the end of the table to draw attention to the fact they were empty, and still had to ask for more water, and the dish that I ordered was served without the meat component, the very first ingredient in the description of the dish on the menu. Well, all this might be excusable if the management handled it properly. We all have a bad night, right?
Once again, after speaking with the manager that night, and then following up with the general manager the next day, it seeems that we were the ones 'lying' about our experience. The general manager, Bob, upon tellling him that there was no sausage in my dish (as we checked the menu again just to make sure we weren't mistaken that the dish was to contain meat), accused me of "lying" (yes, he used the word 'lying') to him, in that he knows there was sausage in my dish as he 'saw' the kitchen surveillance tapes seeing that sausage being added to my dish. One, really? You are going to look at surveillance tapes and call the customer back rather than just try to make the situation right in hopes of regaining a customer? And two, how do you even know that it was my dish being prepared on the tape (as neither my husband nor me nor the leftovers had any sausage)? And three, when asked to produce the tapes, he fumbles over his words, and somehow has no tape to produce. Now, it's not that we need any tapes to teach us that there was indeed not even a crumble of meat in my dish, you just don't treat a customer that way and then accuse them of lying.
It was clear the manager has different 'standards' to service, food quality control, and customer service. We will NEVER be dining in this restaurant again. Thank you for reading our review.

Provided by YP.comHonestly this was probably the worst meal I have ever experienced at a restaurant. The atmosphere and staff did an awesome job but my entree was just plain horrible. We had a company dinner here and out of the 20 people that attended, only 1 person was happy with their meal. The appetizer were nothing special, (calamari and potato skins), the bread I must admit was AWESOME but as we know, no one can live on bread alone. I had the chicken parm and I never knew that someone could ruin chicken like that. I always assumed chicken was a safe bet but I was wrong. I ate maybe 1/4 of it and left the rest. My chocolate cake for dessert tasted as if it were in the refrigerator for 4 or 5 days and picked up that refrigerator taste. Very disappointing not to mention a little embarrasing considering I was the one that picked the place. I would not return here. Why waste the money.
