My organization used CompuMail to mail out some brochures. The brochures were already printed. They just needed wafer seals, addresses, and put in the mail. It was a 15,000 piece mailing. I got a call from the Southing Post Office about an error on the mailing. The company wafer sealed the job incorrectly. They didn't even follow postal regs. I owed more postage to the post office because of this and they would not release my mailing until it was paid in full. Additionally, I was under the impression they would send my mail to the Hartford Post Office to maximize better postage savings. At the end of the day this company (im my opinion) is unreliable and not knowledgeable in regards to the current postal regulations.
