If I could give a negative 1 I would. I went there with my daughters to plan their graduation getaway and we were made to feel as if we were interrupting their day. If you don't like working with people maybe you need a new job. We went there with lots of questions thinking they are the expert they are the ones we should be asking; boy were we wrong. The entire time we could see Brittany roll her eyes and her "annoyance" with our questions; she treated us as if we should have had the answers when we walked in there. NEVER again.

The owner of this business is Christopher Tichy. He was convicted of Larceny in the First Degree and given a 10 year suspended prison sentence and 5 years probation, for stealing $142,814 from a customers credit card and booking trips with it! He also stole customers information while working at another travel agency to take their business. He was arrested in 2016 for violating his probation, not paying the victim back and failure to pay his employees. I'm writing this review as a former customer and to inform people of the risks of doing business with them. I urge you to do your own research if you have any doubt about my review. Their are several newspaper articles that go into great detail about these criminal charges.
