I brought in 12 dress button down shirts. All came back fine except one. It was blatantly obvious that the shirt was over pressed because the plastic stays in the collar were melted and warped leaving a mark on the front of the collar. I know that you should take the stays out, but all the other shirts had them and I've used other cleaners that haven't taken them out and have not damaged my shirts. I approached the woman working the store and brought it to her attention to which she answered we're not responsible period. I spend about $3000 a year on laundering and dry cleaning but it won't be at Jenny K's.
