I've been going to Mad Hatter for about 9 years. Never had anything to complain about. Once I had a timing train issue, Jeff found out the part was recalled and I got it fixed for free at the dealer. It was almost a 2K job, but I wasn't taken advantage of at Mad Hatter. I have full trust in their service.

32 years in the car business has shown me that these folks are trustworthy and reasonable.
