I couldn't believe all the information I learned from Marques - more than I had learned on my own when I was trying to sell my house for myself. He got my home much more exposure than I was getting on craigslist etc, it's worth it to list with the professional - and I highly recommend Marques if you are buying or selling in the Southington or New Britain areas.
