Provided by YP.comBought a bedroom set and spent a lot of money. Bed coming apart so I emailed pictures to the associate that I spoke to. She said they would take care of it and she would get back to me as soon as she received the email with the pictures. I sent the email immediately and never heard back. After a week I called and the new person I spoke to couldn't find anything about it. I had the received email receipt. They told me they would look into it and get back to me (I gave my info and phone number again). Again, I received no call or correspondence back. I called back and spoke to someone who acknowledged the first email with the pics and everything requested. I was told it would be in on December 8th. December 8th came and went and after giving 5 additional days I called back. I was advised at that point it was not guaranteed for Dec 8th (as I was told earlier) and now we're still waiting on it. Told it WILL be in on the 2nd week of January. They're supposed to call but I'm sure I'll have to call them again. NEVER will I purchase anything from them again!!! (I do have to say the crew that came to the house to set up all the furniture we purchased [and it was a lot - a few rooms] were professional, courteous and fantastic)

Provided by YP.comBought a couch and recliner less than 2 years ago. Chair foot rest fabric is wearing out. I emailed pictures and they said it it out out manufacturer warranty and would do nothing to help. I will purchase a new chair from Raymour and Flaninigan.

Provided by YPmobileI purchased a mattress set from pilgrim and it was defective. They replaced the mattress and same problem. I had to go in to pick a new set at more cost. Defective again. They replaced it. Yes, defective again. Wanted a refund. They tried to get me to pick another one at more money. I want a refund. Four defective sets I can't sleep on in 8 months, I am done with Pilgrim. Now they finally agree to a refund but deduct delivery and tax. I don't believe I should be charged for delivery of defective merchandise. Pilgrim has changed, not for the better. Cheap merchandise, high prices.
