I give the techs and reception 5 stars.They are very sweet and the atmosphere is pleasant. Why 1 star? I looked up the owner, Steve VanOsdale from Lubbock, on an Internet search engine and I can't justify spending my money there anymore.

I've been going to 360 Medspa for the past year and would highly recommend the spa to anyone. The staff is super sweet and helpful....plus it's a very clean and peaceful atmosphere. I love it!
