A liltle to late for me but you can protect yourself. If you are looking to be bounced around and given the run around or treated like crap then sign tour name on the dotted line with All star Orthopedic. This group of uneducated staff will do you in good. I treated two years ago and recall the service to be inferior. Last week I get a call requesting payment on a past due statement. I never received it. It was for a deductible. The collections person said her boss was making her make this call and they were competing against one another for a goal. When I called back the secretary was rude and I was on hold for 15 min. She said the lady did not want to speak to me and the boss he never took calls. The girl said to ignore the bill. What kind of crap is this?

I was referred to Dr. Straus a few years ago when he was with Texas Sports Medicine in Frisco. He's a really good doctor. He has since moved to this awful practice. The office staff in the Irving-Las Colinas office is the worst I've ever experienced. Customer service is non-existent & apparently the doctors don't answer their own patient's phone calls. Jessica is rude & nasty. Cancelled my follow up appt. with Dr. Strauss & I won't be back.
