Provided by YP.comAt the end of December 2017 I purchased two "new" batteries for my vehicle key fobs; which the store swapped out for me while I waited. Within 3 months my vehicle started indicating that the batteries were low again. Thinking to myself, "I've known people that have never changed their key fob batteries!" So I took both fobs back into the store and the clerk took the fobs behind the counter (behind the wall where they can't be seen) only to come back a few moments later to tell me that the batteries were just fine. Well, wouldn't you know yesterday (June 20, 2018 - six months of use) my vehicle indicated the fob battery was low AGAIN!
This time I went to O'Reilly's and purchase a 4 pack of 2032 batteries installed them myself. So now I wait; just to see just how long a key fob battery should last ...but we all know it's more than 3 to 6 months!!
First picture is the battery purchased at Batteries Plus; second picture are the batteries I purchased yesterday (06-20-2018) from O'Reilly's

Provided by YP.comFlabbergasted at the rude manager. I bought my 89 year old father a battery for his cell then found out the phone was dead. I took the battery back on the 15th day and was told in no uncertain terms there is a 14 day return policy. When I asked politely if there was anything I could do, Josh said, as condescendingly and rudely as possible, "well if I do something for you I have to do something for everybody." I am a 50 year old woman, not his child and sent me on my way. Sean at the Fielder Road location was appalled as was the woman at their corporate facility. I will never darken their doors again. If it is their mission to ensure people are treated poorly they have certainly achieved this goal. I've spoken to several people who have also gotten the same treatment for various reasons from Josh.

Provided by YP.comIn December of 2012 I purchased a battery for my 2007 Suzuki GSX-R. They had two options. A $60 battery and an $80 battery. The man behind the counter said the $80 has a 2 year warranty. On Feb 17, I tried starting my bike (it had been 2 weeks since I last used it) and it did not crank. I took the battery back with my receipt and they acknowledged the battery was dead. When I asked for a replacement, the store manager said that because the battery is dead, he can't replace it. So what was the point of the warranty I ask. He said if the battery still had a full charge, he would replace it??? Explain that? The battery is not bulging and has no signs of damage. It has worked up until yesterday. Obviously some sort of manufacture's defect. But the manager says, " I can't give you a new one" I never asked to be given anything I asked him to honor the warranty. Will never get my business again.
