I have a rental house in Euless and my regular plumber was unavailable so I found this company in the phonebook. They told me over the phone that the minimum fee to come to the house would be $59 and they would be there between 3-5 pm. The plumber showed up at 4:30 pm and he and I diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes with a small leak in a joint in the copper tubing near the water heater. It litterally took him 15 minutes to fix it with some flex tubing and he charged me $285 after I talked him down from $297. If this were not somewhat of an emergency due to my tennant situation I would have waited to get some other quotes. I would have happily paid $125 - 175 but $285 for 20 minutes work was robbery.
