My grandma's doctor suggested that we go with Radiant for home care services. I was disappointed from the get go. They arrived late for the very first appointment and the nurse the kept having to answer her phone while here. Then during the second time someone come out, they didn't even once wash their hands, totally grossed me out. My grandma is a diabetic and her level of sugar was high one day and I called and no one called me back, so I ended up sending her to the hospital, I thought they were there to help, but I though wrong. I ended up going with another company that comes on time and when they say they will. Plus, they answer my calls in a timely mannner.
