False Advertisement and the workers need extensive training. I ordered Girls Rock party package that should include karaoke but there is no karaoke. There were no mics for the girls and no words to follow like on the video on their website. The girls followed dance movements of the employees of songs chosen for them. The managers insist "singing and dancing" is karaoke but even my 7 year old understands the definition. The staff was not attentive and used the "new girl" excuse. I felt I had be the hostess the entire time (passing out pizza, directing late girls to the dressing room, and I even had to "remind" the staff to paint two of the girl's nails). I did not recieve the DVD but they offered $25 for the lost memories. They explained they forgot to record the "performance". The photo I was given was blurry and one girls was not visible. They even put candles in my $125 cake before I took any pictures. But they apologized -_-. I will be reaching out to BBB since management is in denial of their subpar service. Save yourself the headache and plan your party elsewhere!
