It was leased in just eight days (at list price) to very qualified tenants who stayed over two years and never missed a payment! Provided by YPmobileSharon helped us find our first house. She always made herself available to show us any homes we wanted to see. The day our home came on the market, we called Sharon at 8:00 AM and asked her to show it to us right away. We saw it at 10:00 AM and immediately made an offer. Sharon called the listing agent and found out that there were going to be at least two other offers on the first day - and there were four more couples looking at it that day. Sharon advised us on how much to offer and what terms we should use to make our offer most attractive. Sharon advised us well and we ended getting the house without going above the list price, even though it was a highly competitive bidding situation. Needless to say, we are very pleased with Sharon and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home. Sharon was also very helpful through the inspection and loan process.

Provided by YP.comSharon is the only realtor I would use (or recommend) in the Southlake area. She sold one of my homes in just 29 days after it had been on the market for a year with another realtor without a single offer. Sharon brought in not one, but two offers within 29 days! We did not change the price or anything else about the house we only changed realtors.
She has sold three homes for me ranging in price from $230,000 to $1,975,000. All three were listed at a cost per square foot that was above the market rate. They sold in 29 days, two months and four months. All sold close to asking price and raised the comps for the entire neighborhoods.
I attribute her success to her work ethic, professionalism, follow-up after each showing and, most of all, her extensive marketing program.
I have referred her to friends and family and everyone who worked with her (whether buying or selling) were very pleased with their outcome.
