Horrible service. I was a years long customer of Griffs Feed, but got tired of the price gouging. I'm now going back to Griffs to pay the higher prices because at least they deliver when they are supposed to. After the multiple times of my poor horses going hungry due to the negligence of the staff, I have had it.

great service. always taking new ideas. if something is wrong they will gladly fix the problem. have stayed late when they were already closed. never had a problem with the management or front desk. have been going there since it opened. prices are very good.

Hands down great customer service. THe "gruff" looking guy as posted by another user is amazing! All employees that I have had the pleasuer of working with have been efficient, friendly and HONEST! I can call and ask them how the hay looks- and they will totally let me know if i should pass or go forward with my purchase. They deliver and I personally have only experianced wonderful service.

I usually only order over the phone, wish i could make the hike down on Saturdays more often.

Staff always caters to my ten year old daughter and literally wastes their time answering all of her questions. I have YET to see the office staff ever be anything but helpful!

The office staff is completely unprofessional. I have numerous times ordered product only to be shorted...but charged for it. The men who work there outside are very helpful, but the mgr and front desk man are..as I said unprofesional and..the one is a little ghetto and rough looking. When I have called to have them make right on the product shorted I am told tha I signed for the product, which means I received it. Only finding out from another orker as I cmplained that they do not even keep track on paper of their inventory, so they have no idea whats going and coming... I havent used this co in a while, and dnt ever plan on it again...

Good feed for the price, but I have really had it with the management. I have attempted to buy both Hay and Grain for them three times just in this week. Only to get there 10-15 minutes before their posted closing time (6pm Monday-Friday) and THEIR CLOSED. ***UNRELIABLE*** I'm looking for a alternative reliable source. Thanks for nothing Davie Feed. My waste in gas and time isn't worth your discounted feed.

Great people. Very professional office. Took flamingo road south of Griffin Road. Definitely recommend!
