Responded to my email right away. Offered me a lesson when I wanted it. I was able to speak to the instructor and discuss my needs as an adult rider who has been away from horses for 6 years. When I arrived for my lesson I felt super comfortable. The instructor completely worked with me at my pace, at my level and respected my requests. I felt super safe at all times. Down to earth. Friendly. I highly recommend Winters End without reservations!
