Small Time Operation

WGI INC and Westfield Gage OH/R is a small time, Mom & Pop operation employing around one hundred people. They have no specialty operations at all. WGI INC is limited to "Plain Jane" Milling & Drilling, turning, grinding and EDM. Which are the extent of their capabilities. Nothing over twenty-two inches in dia.



There are a number of sub contractors within shouting distance of WGI who perform the same applications. Most of them do it better as they have in house capabilities for critical applications like welding, heat treat, NDT's, etc.



Future growth and business expansion of this company is stunted by a management team, lead by owner Fred Filios, that has it's head buried in the past. “Muffler Shop Managers” on their best day, they will never be more than a third tier, nickel and dime operation.
