Our company ordered flowers for an employee's father's funeral from Crystal's because they were close to where the service was being held. When the arrangement was delivered to the funeral home for the service, it was absolutely stunning. We were amazed at the size and beauty of the arrangement and how many flowers there were for the amount of money we spent. Definitely above and beyond what we usually get from the florist we normally use. Thanks, Crystal's... Definitely a job well done!

I have been a resident of Spanaway & a customer of Crystals Flowers for over 30 years. I have never been dissapointed with any aspect of the service that I have received over the years. I think in our "click of the mouse" world there are some out there that have unrealistic expectations. Working a small retail business has to be difficult enough but adding the dimension of a perishable product can make it even more difficult. Keeping this in mind I will give Crystals some creative license to create something beautiful with what they have at the time that is freshest...they are the pros, I let them do what they do best!! Given the fact that they have been in business as many years as they have they must be doing something right!! Wish there were more small establishments like them, they are becoming a dying breed.

As far as I am concerned this is the best florist around! My mother has always ordered from them and when she got to the point of not being able to call to order, I would call them and let them know and they would personally call her and take the order!! The flowers are always beautiful and last for weeks and the plant baskets always have a special surprize such as bird or butterfly! I think the above reviewers maybe got what they paid for?? This florist goes the extra mile and always have as we have used them since they opened.

I ordered flowers for my wife at Valentine's day and because I was out of town, I didn't know what to order. I spoke to the owner there and she was very helpful in assisting me over the phone and selecting the arrangment. The flowers were delivered when promised and my wife was thrilled! When I got home, I saw the arrangment and it was beautiful! I lasted 2 weeks!! I was very pleased with the quality and service. This is the best flower shop I have ever dealt with. My thanks to them for making me look good!!

I ordered a deluxe bouquet of flowers from the Crystal's Flowers website for my friend for the one-year anniversary of the death of her child. I specifically indicated that I did not want substitutions in the arrangement. When I saw the arrangement in person I wanted to cry. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture on the website; it was extremely small and the color scheme was completely different. I felt compelled to call Crystal's Flowers and let them know how unhappy I was with the bouquet that was delivered. I was told that I was "picky" and that I "couldn't expect the arrangement to look like the picture on the website". Um, isn't that what the pictures on the website are for? Ordering flowers is something very personal and quite expensive. I feel that I did not get what I paid for and that I was treated poorly. I will not be ordering from Crystal's again.

A group of us ordered flowers for a co-worker who had lost her son a year ago. We wanted to get her some special flowers. We picked out an arrangement that we liked and even upgraded to a larger size. Flowers are a very personal thing and we wanted them to be special. To our surprise when we saw the flowers that had been delivered we could not believe our eyes. Yes the flowers where fresh but the arrangement was so small you didn't hardly notice they where there at all. We called the florist to let them know how disappointed we where in the size of the arragement. All they said was at least they where fresh. They did not offer to make thing right they just didn't seem to care. So if you are caring enough to send flowers don't use Crystal's in Spanaway.

Outstanding Funeral wreath that stayed great looking for over a week. The floral wreath of roses and carnations looked great at the Memorial service and still in good shape a week later for the Interment service. What a great florist that really uses fresh flowers for the funeral pieces. Fresh and stylish flowers from a friendly florist. :)
